Is this waterproof? Im trying to use this inside a shower for a visual for my child.

The black tops came off almost immediately That being said none of the sand has gotten out.

Are the labels on a film or something that is removable?

Its a sticker/decal attached to glass. You could scrape it off but it'd be tough.

Is the sand level different among the timers? Do the longer timers have more sand in them than the shorter timers?

The sand level is about the same, the opening is a different diameter for each timer which makes the set even cooler!
