I like its coarseness with Asiago or Peccorino type cheese. Taking it along in suitcase to Europe next spring. One thing to note, however, the relatively large size produced here refers to WIDTH—these are still kinda thin shavings.

The only thing this is sharp enough to slice through with ease - is your knuckles. Save yourself the stitches and buy something quality and sharp, not this junk.
