What should I plant them in when they arrive? Just regular planting soil? Or something else?

I would get succulent potting soil. If you don't have access to that mix a batch of equal parts pea-gravel, sand and potting soil. This allows for quick drainage to your succulent. Hope this helps! Happy Planting.

This kalanchoe plant is medicinal or just ornamental ?

To me, in my house, it is medicinal. But no one will tell you its medicinal for fear of a lawsuit. But, like I said... In my house, it is medicinal.

I live in az gets well over 110 degrees right now. is it ok to ship? and, if by chance it arrives in bad conditions is there a return or refund

Shipping is usually fine, but always put plants in water when you receive them. We offer no returns or refund since we can't control shipping conditions.

How to care for these seeds and plants?

Theses are very easy to care for. No seeds they form new babies at the end of the leaves and will show small roots ( this is the time to take them off). The plants themselves need plenty of light and water as they respond similarly to a succulent. The soil required is a well draining mix or succulent/cactus mix. If water stagnates near the roots it will kill the plant with root rot. Hope this helps!
