I ordered 5 cuttings, and was sent 9 solid cuttings. So far, all but two have surfaced but they are in a heavy clay area. Shipping was much faster than expected and so far, really happy with what I’ve received. Will update if anything changes.

I bought this Russian comfrey two years ago and was honestly nervous about buying it, but I'm glad I did! I got this comfrey and have been using it in my compost and the rest is in large totes (pretending to be planters) and it is still thriving, and I barely do anything for it. The gentleman that sells it packages it very well and he gives instructions and a personal letter (which I thought was very thoughtful). If you are worried about the price, I promise it is absolutely worth it! If you're looking for comfrey, this is the one to get!

I received the roots on 4/11/25, but didn’t plant them until Sunday 4/13/25. Some of the pieces were already sprouting roots, but I put them in water to keep them moist until I could plant them. Sunday I found all but one had started growing leaves or stems. I’m very happy with my purchase so far.Update:Not even a month later, and even the two sticks have now sprouted!! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase from this seller!!

Arrived fast and in good condition. They even shipped a few extra! We started them indoors and most sprouted after a week or two. We only had a few pieces not sprout but I'm not giving up hope yet! I would definitely recommend this!!

If you are thinking of ordering Comfrey root cuttings to plant. This is the company that you want to order from. I ordered from different companies, because I wasn't sure.Their cuttings were 3 times the size than the others. Plus there were an extra 5 or 6 cuttings added in.So far 10 sprouts, not bad.

The roots arrived on time. Good instructions on how to plant. I was sceptic initially planted all of them in a pot to see if any will sprout. Waited 4-5 weeks and thought I lost my money but finally 2 out of 3 sprouted. They stayed small and winter arrived. I moved the pot inside my green house and now I see the 3rd root sprouting in spring 2025. I am excited. Can wait to plant them in ground and make my salve and tea for plants. I totally recommend this seller.
