Very effective overnight liner. The material next to the skin feels dry even when I the liner is soaked.

it would fix it in place and a small patch at each end would be easy to pull off once the liner is on and ...
They are a little hard to manage inside the pull up. If I remove the whole strip it sticks everyplace, but where I want it to. If I pull off the back and try to fit it as I go along, it is hard to get to the strip to continue to the front. This is partly because I don't wear it, but need to get it ready for my husband.My thought is that if there were a square piece where it needs to attach to the pull up at the halfway point, it would fix it in place and a small patch at each end would be easy to pull off once the liner is on and in place.

Adequate
Adequate. I don't often have accidents but I don't dare go to sleep without protection. I find that I prefer one that is wider at one end and has elastic all the way up the sides.Delivery was on time, which I appreciate.

Have much more confidence going out
I have problems with my bowels occasionally. On days I have problems I use these. Also always use them if I am going out. Believe me they are worth every penny. It is so much easier just taking the liner off than having to change all my clothes. They have done a lot to have the confidence to go out without worrying about messes. These are mad to add an extra layer to adult diapers, but I find they do a great job for me too

The absorbitant ability is very poor. Leaked on sides. Get boosters for adults, or use adult bladder underwear, or both. Bye, if the the incontinence underwear is too small, cut off the pants part and place inside regular underwear. This product just isn't worth it.

Not very absorbent!
I used these for my camping porta potty and lined a bag to soak up the urine and I used one liner and it soaked right through and then used 2 liners and Kris cross them in the bag liner:.. again only a couple uses of small girl pee and it leaked right through into the bag. These aren’t very absorbent at all, you my as well use doggy pad liners.
