It's a tube! It's crimpable. Does what one would expect. :)Since these are metric, be prepared to drill out the end if you're using on SAE hose - not a big deal - I found a spiral step bit works well. Faster is better, with light pressure, so it doesn't snag and spin in the vise (no chance you're holding it by hand!). Made up some 5/8" oil cooler lines with these and they seem fine.
