The window film came off quickly!

This is probably because you did not remove the backing film on the surface of the product. Please remove it and reinstall it.

I did not receive the included installation tool!

The tools are all inside the paper tube. Please tilt the paper tube to pour them out.

The color I purchased for the second time was different than the first!

This is possible, but the probability is very small. This is due to differences in different production batches. You can apply for a replacement.

Why are there no standard sizes!

If we cut some sizes specifically, it will cause a huge waste of materials and resources, but we will gradually add more sizes in the future

Does the pattern support splicing?

Of course you can, but it is not recommended because it requires precise cutting and great patience, and there will be gaps in the middle, so please choose a window film that is large enough.
