Oh. Wow. Ooh. Oh myyyyy.... These are the thoughts going through my head as I'm eating this bacon. Now I wouldn't dare call myself a bacon connoisseur or anything because I've almost never met a piece of bacon I didn't like, but I've been known to drive long distances out of the way to find good bacon, my face is recognized by a local bacon supplier who may or may not groan when they see me walk through the door, and whenever a new bacon meme pops up it gets forwarded to me from several different friends who know me. But. I have to place this bacon in the top 10% of bacons I've ever tasted. It had a complex flavor, a healthy dose of smokiness, and a sweet and crunchy final product after a long slow sizzle. 10/10 stars! Or 4, since Amazon's being all stingy.

It got slimey and moldy in reefer. Had to throw most of it out. Never again .

Flavor and consistency.
I have ordered several cured meat on amazon, and this is meat was not as salty as the other. Enjoyed the flavor. I will order again as long as the product stays consistent.
