Es el complemento perfecto para la Mac mini. Me tardé tiempo en que el producto estuviera disponible, por la demanda estuvo escaso, pero vale mucho la espera. Excelente producto.

I really wanted to wait for the Satechi Mac mini M4 dock coming out on the 17th, but this one was impressive with the aluminum fins for cooling unlike almost all others. This one also can handle up to an 8TB M.2 SSD. All others I’ve noticed only go up to 4TB max. So, I put a Western digital Black 4TB SN850x in the slot and so far it works to perfection. I decided to add a copper heat sink above the M.2 for that additional cooling (and shielding) and effect. It’s a fact that copper is better than aluminum as a shield and blocks both magnetic and radio waves. Hopefully that’ll address any WiFi signal reduction like was mentioned on some other docks for the Mac Mini M4. I also decided to leave the Aluminum cover with the RayCue logo off to allow for more heat dissipation. Why lock the heat in with the SSD, you know? The copper heatsink in the 2mm height for anyone interested. The larger ones stick passed the RayCue cover and the Largest 2 interfered with the bottom of the Mac mini so it didn’t sit flush on the RayCue. The 2mm sits flush and still allows the RayCue cover to be put back on. I’m pretty please over all and this Mac mini now has more storage memory overall than any other computing device I’ve owned! None of the USB-A connections work. The SD card slot also does not work. The USB 3 connections do function, and the SSD slot works with a Crucial 2 TB SSD that I installed. So at least it acts as an SSD enclosure, and offers extra USB 3 ports, but this hub is not as advertised. They picture it with all these peripherals you can plug into it, but the one I bought doesn’t perform that way. It either isn’t designed to do the job it’s advertised to do, or it’s poorly made.
