Have there been any tests on the lifespan/number of uses before we would need to replace it?

It's a very simple design with very few moving parts. The solenoid inside is also very simple. I'd imagine the number of uses would be very very high.

What is used to supply power for atoplee dsck6656 holding force electric magnetic lock for door access control system electromagnet fail-safe?

Any 12v DC supply of power. Power supplies that have a higher amp rating are better just in case and just in case you have multiple locks.

Does also the detection signal require 12V ? If not, what is the rated voltage for the sensor ? Thank you in advance

I couldn't locate anything about voltage rate for the signal connection. However I have open it and tested it, it is a normal limit-switch like https://www.servocity.com/spdt-miniature-lever-snap-action-micro-switch-2-pack, so you can input TTL levels 3.3V and 5V or even 12V (not recommended) and get it in the on other pin to read the status of the lock. It is totally isolated from the main power of the coil which usually work with 12V.
