Kryptonite Keeper 712 Combo Bike Chain Lock, 4ft Resettable Bike Lock

I’ve been using this bike lock and it’s been exactly what I needed for quick stops and everyday use. It feels sturdy and well-built, not flimsy like some of the cheaper locks you see. The locking mechanism is smooth, easy to use, and doesn’t stick, which makes grabbing my bike fast and hassle-free. What I like most is the peace of mind it gives when I’m running errands or leaving my bike for a short time. It’s strong enough that I feel confident stepping away without constantly worrying about it. The design is also compact enough to carry without it being annoying or bulky. Perfect fit and has the durability I wanted for locking up my e-bike when I cruise around town. The combo is nice and works as it should so far. No keys needed is a must and this checks that box. And more.

This is a good bike for general use around a small town and to keep your bike safe from kids/etc while you pop in the shop if you live in a good neighborhood. This is NOT an use in Oakland/Bronx bike other than for just the front wheel. This bike is NOT good enough to be a deterrent if you're thinking "it'll keep thieves from going to easier targets" in those neighborhood. This is a lock you can cut yourself if you forget the combo/etc. Cough up for the evolution (10mm) link [will probably require multiple cuts from a bolt cutter or powered grinder] or the New York series [...probably too much of a PITA for thieves] for that. This chain is already heavy so the additional weight vs. safety is not that much of a factor.

For my son‘s E bike and it is phenomenal, heavy duty protection! Perfect for his application and exactly what we are looking for to protect the $1,350 E bike as he rides around the neighborhood and to restaurants, parks, etc., with his friends

Heavy duty chain lock and its sturdy. Like the protective cover. Combination numbers easy to set and operate. Probably not the most effective anti theft product on the market but it's a price compromise.

My E-bike is not going anywhere easily against my will with this lock for sure. Its 2KG and tbh yes its heavy but its durable, and worth it.

I always had a fear of losing my key or breaking it in the lock like I did once with a cheap lock resulting in me taking a cab back to my place to get my extra key which can and was expensive. Since, I have decided to go with a combo lock. This is a very sturdy lock with the Kryptonite reputation and you can set the combo to something you won’t forget. The only drawback is the weight, but that’s the price for sturdy!
