Fresh gummy texture on the inside. Classic crunchy nerds on the outside. If you plan to put these on display or as a decoration on top of a dessert, buy a second bag because sometimes they clump together a little bit if the nerds coating isn't fully enrobing each piece. Great price for the family size.
