Disappointing Quality & Poor Seller Support
I purchased this Dell laptop keyboard with fairly reasonable expectations, but unfortunately the product failed to deliver even on the basics. Build Quality & Performance: The keyboard worked fine initially, but within just one month of regular use, it started malfunctioning — keys became unresponsive and some registered double inputs. For a product that's supposed to be a reliable hardware replacement, this is simply unacceptable. The build quality clearly does not match the Dell brand standard I was expecting. Warranty — Not Worth the Paper It's Written On: The product comes with a 3-month warranty, which sounds reassuring on paper. In reality, it means nothing if the seller doesn't honor it. When I reached out to the seller regarding the malfunction within the warranty period, I was met with complete silence. Multiple follow-ups went unanswered — zero accountability, zero customer care. Amazon Support Saved the Day: Amazon's customer support stepped in and resolved the issue by issuing a full refund. Kudos to Amazon for standing behind their buyers — but that's a reflection of Amazon's service, not this seller's. Would I Recommend? Absolutely NOT. If you're looking for a dependable keyboard replacement, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. A product that fails within a month and a seller that goes ghost the moment something goes wrong is a combination you're better off avoiding.

Cheap copy and defective low quality keyboard
Product is cheap copy, even the design is so bad that it doesn’t fit properly.. Bought it for my dell 5558, half of the keys doesn’t work properly and the keyboard doesn’t even fit well..
