Blackmoor 66120 Classic 16cm Milk Pan/Non-Stick Coating/Cool Touch Handle/Features Unique Pouring Lip/Suitable for Induction, Gas & Electric Hobs/Black Colour

I was searching for a 14" saucepan on here but good quality ones in that size seem hard to come by, and I came upon this one by Blackmoor (and I already have a couple of their saucepans) in the 16" size but I could tell that, due to the sloping shape of it, it would stack easily into my existing saucepans even though it was larger than the 14" size I'd initially wanted. Also, I got this saucepan in a Warehouse deal so mine was about £2 cheaper than the full price - win! As with my other Blackmoor saucepans, this is excellent quality. It's sturdy, substantial but not overly clunky or heavy, it has the soft touch handle I love, the granite kind of surface that I find is fantastically functional and heats up quickly, it's non-stick, and so easy to clean. Also, unlike some 'milk' type pans the pouring spout is very functional and I can pour without the liquid going all over the place! This is a very useful, very functional pan that can be used for much more than just heating milk, say. I can make oatmeal in mine, cook other things up to about 3-4 portions, etc. It's very versatile and so easy to use and take care of. I highly recommend!

Really like this pan. Durable. Thicker than some pans. Inner lining doesn't scrape off when you show it a whisk! Vert non-stick and my go-to for scrambled eggs!

Had to tighten the handle before use. I know, not a big deal; but reflects poor quality control and it's been downgraded to 4 stars. That's a shame because this is a really good small pan that's otherwise well designed.The pan is sturdy and made from thick aluminium. The coating is a high quality non-stick and this extends from the inside to the outside so the whole thing can be cleaned easily. The induction hob compatibility comes from a perforated steel disk one the base of the pan through which the aluminum of the pan can be seen as small silver disks about 2-3mm diameter. It's this exposed aluminium that makes the pan not suitable for being cleaned in a dishwasher. That said, that's exactly where it's going to go most of the time after it's been used!

Great value for money, never sticks, nice coating finish, thick but not heavy, cooks quite fast cooking time. Rust resistant, and very durable, love item to use.

Good saucepan

Perfect for porridge, sauce and scrambled eggs. Quite weighted and solid and cooks the above to perfection especially on low gentle heat. Washing it up is a breeze.I think.it will last along time too. Very pleased.

Acquistato per l'utilizzo su piano ad induzione. Funziona perfettamente, viene riconosciuto senza esitazioni. Si pulisce davvero con estrema facilità, cosa essenziale per me che lo utilizzo per preparare il porridge che a volte diventa un vero incubo da ripulire. Soddisfatto.

Excellent. Very useful non-stick pan for many quick uses.

I’ve had for about 2 weeks. It’s very well made. Solid and perfect size for small jobs. Pan is perfect size to scald milk, gravy…etc. not to deep and just wide enough to use my small whisk. Non stick is a plus!
