Expensive Disappointment and Poor Customer Service
I’m really disappointed with the Full House 2.0 induction cooker + extractor. I paid €1,000, and after just over two years, the extractor stopped working. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the warranty had expired, so they couldn’t repair it and don’t sell spare parts separately. All the repair centers in Portugal agree the module needs replacing, but Klarstein hasn’t offered any solution beyond buying a new unit. Terrible service and a huge letdown.

Ancora da accendere e montare,noto subito l’aspirazione alquanto enorme,quindi vi occuperà molto spazio sotto,ho postato le misure del piano visto che non ci sono su amazon a meno che non andate sul sito ufficiale. Einmal zurückgeschickt wegen Defekt, Kochplatte Glas gebrochen. Dann Ersatz bekommen das gleiche Problem wieder. Jetzt dann zurück und Geld wieder zurück. Schaue mich woanders um. Service von Klarstein super, aber schlecht verpackt.

Avis produit : Excellent rapport qualité-prix J’ai acheté ce produit récemment et j’en suis très satisfaite. Il est de bonne qualité, fonctionnel et correspond parfaitement à mes attentes. Facile à utiliser et bien conçu, il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Que ce soit pour un usage quotiien il fait très bien son travail. Les matériaux sont solides, mis a part la peinture sur la grille centrale a ne pas passer au lave vaisselle
