Still the gold standard.Updates scattered throughout, most notably in the MSK and Neuro chapters. Really nice updates specially in the shoulder stuff and normal pressure hydrocephalus discussion. Also some nice updates in mammo - specifically useful on the BR6 gamesmanship.Cover art amazing as always
