I have been using this magnesium supplement for a few months now, and in that time I have become reliant on it to help me fall asleep - I think it’s excellentI spent a lot of time researching supplements that have a relaxing and calming effect. If you’re in a similar situation and having trouble falling asleep then I really recommend this.I take 3 before bed as instructed and combine them with L theanine and a cod liver oil complex - this is a well documented effective ‘sleep stack’ - and in the morning I take an ashwaghanda ksm66 supplement. I have gone from lying in bed with constant repetitive negative thoughts keeping me awake, to falling asleep almost immediately.I find these to be a really good quality tablet with no taste, no trouble swallowing and one of the best value for money (I looked at a lot of them!) and I really truly feel I sleep better taking them. I also had jumpy legs and cramps quite frequently at night and I don’t get this at all nowThey come in a sturdy paper resealable bag - they used to come in a bottle which I preferred to be honest, but I appreciate the ethical reasons for the change. I’ve tried a handful of magnesium supplements over the years, but this one really stands out. The combination of different forms of magnesium (glycinate, citrate, malate) along with turmeric makes a noticeable difference — especially for muscle tension and sleep. I’ve been taking it for about a month now, and I’m sleeping more deeply and waking up without that usual stiffness in my shoulders and back and also the tired legs feeling which can be very annoying at times.Another big plus: it’s gentle on my stomach. Some magnesium products upset my digestion, but I’ve had zero issues with this one. The tablets are a little on the larger side, but they’re coated and easy enough to swallow.I also appreciate that it’s vegan and gluten-free. With so many fillers and additives in other supplements, it’s great to find one that’s clean and still effective.If you're looking for a solid, all-in-one magnesium supplement that actually lives up to the hype, I highly recommend giving this a shot. These tablets are hopefully working but I haven’t been able to see any significant difference yet although my restless legs have improved slightly. I have noticed that I am having more vivid bad dreams but am not able to blame these tablets as yet.
