It's a good product & good value. Tasteless & dissolves well. Thought I'd not like the bag thing, even kept the container from another brand, but won't be using it, the bag works way better. I'll be subscribing to this product next time I order.

This creatine is great! You cant beat the price and you really dont need all of the other fancy creatines with the extra boost stuff! This comes with a measuring spoon and the bag reseals. The powder is absolutely tasteless and mixes in well with water or juice.

Not sure if there's a catch, but of the three brands I've tried (all of which popular on this site), this is the least expensive by a wide margin and also dissolves the best (note that I generally dissolve it in warm beverages like tea or coffee, so can't speak to how it does in cold liquids). I've read some reviews saying the provided plastic scoop doesn't measure the 5g it claims to measure, but I've yet to test that.

Okay product! I've used it for about a week and a half now. There is no taste easy to mix with smoothies, juices, and water there is no clumps.

It’s what it says it is, and it’s a great price. As I’ve passed 50 workouts are harder and recovery is slower, been reading all the benefits of creatine and figured why not? And hey, it works! It’s not a miracle supplement but it has boosted my workouts and helped with soreness/fatigue. Can’t speak to the mental alertness some have claimed, but I’m not mega dosing it. It dissolves ok in warm water, not so well in cold, zero taste to it, and sometimes I just eat a spoon raw, it’s crunchy but not unpleasant. If you’re on the fence, try it, at this price you can’t go wrong.

This stuff is incredible. I’m 68 and walk or cycle 90 mins every morning. Last year I started to struggle with recovery after exercise. More fatigued than before. Daughter in law is a PA and suggested Creatine and I’ve used it for about six months. The difference is unbelievable. Zero post exercise fatigue and I feel stronger and have endless stamina.

Happy with this product. Dissolves well in water. The only thing I can find wrong is the scoop. A serving is 5g but when weighed out it only holds 3g
