Highly recommend
I have been using these multivitamins for roughly a year and they are great overall. I have iron deficient anemia and these bought my levels up better than any other iron supplement. Bariatric surgeries can really wreak havoc on your blood work for vitamin deficiency and I'm very happy with these. My vitamins are still not 100%, but my hemoglobin is at a safe level since I started these. The price is definitely the best for what you are getting.

Did you change your formula?
I've been on these a couple of years and have never had any issues. My labs a great and I'm healthy. But as of late, these vitamins have been making me sick to my stomach. They make my heart race and then it causes vomiting. Did you change your formula? They really make me sick.
