This is the 3rd bottle that I have purchased. The product most definitely makes you sweat, and is a part of my weight loss journey. I take a shot about 45 min before my run each morning. What i have noticed, and why I tried it in the first place was that my sweat smelled like ammonia, and I learned that was my body burning protein not fat, this product stopped the ammonia smell, and it has been an assistance in my weight loss. Keep in mind you must shake the bottle, and it does make your mouth water, and the first few times made me a little nauseous. It has a very sweet taste.

This is a really good product. The taste is pretty palatable especially if you take a full shot at one time. It does make you sweat no matter if you're working out or not. I have started to see weight loss as a result of using this product, and I only had real digestive issue the second day using it. However, it might have been me taking too much at once. That being said, read and follow directions and you will experience weight loss and even an increase of energy. Will buy again.

I would recommend this product. It doesn't taste too bad, but its not bitter. I take it first thing in the morning and it lasts about 5 hours on a half of cap. I do not get hungry taking this. I do make sure I eat a light breakfast. Some of the side effects; sweating (not bad like working out in a hot gym), very light nausea, and light gas. That it is. I have noticed of losing weight. (down a few pounds). This is my first week taking it. I will update review as time goes on -03/21/26

Overall, good product, tastes great. I don't work out but I'm careful about my diet. I plateaued and tried this. I lost 10lbs in a month. It made me sweat like crazy and I got the chills as well, but it took about and hour or more to kick in. This probably wouldn't have worked if I didn't have my diet in check, be careful of that. I did notice that as I got to week 4, the effects were less noticeable, so you'll probably need a washout period before starting another bottle. I'm going to start working out and then try this again and track the results. In conclusion, I recommend this product.

Probably works well if you don’t have a sensitive digestive system. I couldn’t stomach it long enough to see if it works. Pros: If you can’t have caffeine, this is one of 4 nonstim PWO that does give you a little something. (Why I got it.) The first day I thought I was gonna jump out of my skin, but I got used to it quickly. It will make you sweat for a while, if that’s a pro to you. Tingles too. Doesn’t taste bad. I read some studies and it has been shown to work. I slimmed down some…. Until the Cons: After a couple weeks of this, it gave me acid reflux during my workouts and during the day, and then put me back in a SIBO protocol. I still haven’t shaken the acid reflux after 2 months off of it. It makes you sweat before, during and after and after. I can’t take this in the morning, I just kept sweating the entire day during work. Take at night, I get night sweats. I don’t think there’s niacin in it, but it gives me tingles which I hate. I wouldn’t have gotten it if I knew on that alone. If it works on sweat alone, you’ll slim down in water weight to see results to be motivated by and keep going. If it works by wrecking your digestive system so you can’t eat from nausea all day, then that’ll do it. (Which is not recommended at all by anyone.)

Omg within 2 minutes I could feel it working and increasing my energy. Easy to use since the taste is great. I didn’t get that itchy body sensation so that’s always a plus with pre workout. It also doesn’t make you crash. I used it for my last 3 days of an 11 day workweek. My supervisor even said for you to be on day 10 you have a pep in your step. 2 days in a row after and completed all of my outdoor yard work. I highly recommend. Worth the purchase.

This drink turns the heat UPPPPP! It tastes phenomenal which is dangerous because you could drink more than you might need lol after about 30/45 minutes you start to feel a heat from the inside and begin to sweat, even if just sitting down. I highly recommend this. Oh, and the knock off products are useless. They don’t work like this one does at all. This is great.

So I have tried everything. And honestly, I was buying this telling myself. It’s not gonna work. So I read the instructions and I said you can take half a cap and they’ll be one spoon or one full cap and I will be equivalent two spoons. So I decided I’m gonna take a full cap and that I’m not gonna work out and I’m gonna take it at 7 PM. Technically it’s supposed to work after 30 minutes. It took a whole hour for it to work right now. It’s 8:39 PM. I did not work out. I’m just laying in bed and man. I am sweating like crazy. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m gonna keep taking it and let’s hope it works. If it truly end up working, I will change the stores to five but because today is the first I might try it. I’m not gonna give it full five stars till I know that end result.
