I get migraines in HSI book Miracles from the Vault. They recommend serotonin to help fight migraines. This worked great I did get less Migraines with taking this.

Long time prescription antidepressant user. Eight years actually. For depression and anxiety. I finally got tired of the side effects and wanted to find something more natural. I weaned myself off of the prescribed antidepressant and tried other “stress relief” and “antidepressant” supplements for a couple months. Nothing really worked. Some helped, but it was hit and miss day to day. After researching and reading reviews for weeks all while using ones that were not working, I came across this one. I was SUPER skeptical, but decided to try this on my third attempt. Well, third time is a charm. I noticed a difference in my mood within a few days. About two weeks in I felt alive again. I felt normal. I felt so good I actually am buying my second bottle as I write this review. I’m also going to try the Dopamine Booster as well. No b.s. this product has worked for me and I hope it helps someone out there with a situation like mine!

I took half the bottle before I threw it in the trash. It did nothing it said it would do. What it did do was give me vivid and horrific dreams. These weren't normal dreams. These dreams were in full color and had a plot with a beginning, middle and end just like a movie. I've never experienced suck realistic dreams and would wake up absolutely exhausted. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product unless you like sleeping in an action/horror dream every single night.

I switched to a different but similar product and immediately noticed that I was feeling more down than normal so I switched back to this product and my mood improved and I felt happier. I take this every day.
