This is awesome, I took the two and an additional serving every half hour as suggested with and or without food and or as directed by my... by my... by my well not really sure by my something or other because I just notice the directions end there... 🤔 maybe just maybe as directed by my neighbor, co-workers, that guy that sells flowers at the freeway off ramp? Could be anyone really but the world will never know. Oh the suspense! Anyways, this has the same ingredients as another brand I would order, and that one really helped with muscle recovery after some serious resistance training. I take up to 6-7 to assist with recovery (as suggested) and wake up without any soreness at all. I hope the ingredients are true because I will have to take the directions from the other brand to play it safe. This is my first dose before bed and had a good workout earlier. Time will tell how well these work and I will report my findings with an update. Please fix the suggested dosage on your bottles. Seems like this can cause some issues for your customers. Just sayin! 5 stars well because why not!
