the package says the only ingredient is certified gluten free oats

The title says rolled oats but the description used "whole oat groats"; which is it? I'm looking for rolled oats to make oatmeal.

The groats are steam rolled into the flat oats that we know as rolled oats.

Do they sell 25lb bags?
