It is tasteless but has almost a sour or citric effect on the tongue. It is as easy as scooping into your bottle or cup, pairs well when taking with other supplements. It is great for the cost. I took it before my workouts and I immediately starting feeling differences in my sets after taking it. It does make the whole body itch ever so slightly, but after a week or two of taking it you get used to it.

I mix this, L-Citruline, creatine, caffeine and some electrolytes for my pre-workout mix. It works great and the face-tingle isn’t as bad as a pre-made pre-workout. I do get a slight tingle, so I know it’s working like it should, but it’s much more tolerable.
