Exactly What All of us Need
I don’t know. I just know that we all need to take a lot more Vitamin D3 than we all do. So with that said, these are great. They are very small so if you need to take a bunch daily its easy to do. Its has natural ingredients exactly what you need gentle on your stomach, I never felt different, they absorb fast, and great value for the money.

Great quality
This company is an NSF certified company, which I'm really big on, because I work for water purification company that is also certified through them. Not all of their products are nsf. Certified, but these vitamins are phenomenal. I've been using them for a couple years now. And the price is absolutely amazing for quality vitamins. I just did blood work, and my vitamin d levels were great and without vitamins, they are not ever good levels

Good price, no tummy upset
You know it's good if you can take it on an empty stomach and don't have any upset. My doctor told me even though there is vitamin D in a multivitamin, no matter how good it is it's not as effective as the gel.

Good product/no seed oils!
I look at the ingredients when buying supplements! Most of them contain crap. Seed oils, etc. I’ll stick with Naturewise on this one!
