Great vitamins!!
I love this brand of vitamins. There are no side effects and my blood work was better after taking them for low Vitamin D. They are very effective!

Exactly What All of us Need
I don’t know. I just know that we all need to take a lot more Vitamin D3 than we all do. So with that said, these are great. They are very small so if you need to take a bunch daily its easy to do. Its has natural ingredients exactly what you need gentle on your stomach, I never felt different, they absorb fast, and great value for the money.

Great quality
This company is an NSF certified company, which I'm really big on, because I work for water purification company that is also certified through them. Not all of their products are nsf. Certified, but these vitamins are phenomenal. I've been using them for a couple years now. And the price is absolutely amazing for quality vitamins. I just did blood work, and my vitamin d levels were great and without vitamins, they are not ever good levels

Exposed to cold, but still okay to take
Capsules arrived having been exposed to cold temperature as they looked odd. While contracting NatureWise, they said they were still okay to take, but that in order for them to look like that, they would have had to have been exposed to extra cold temperatures.

A must in the winter months
I take this all year round cause I’m always low according to my bloodwork. Low vitamin d can make you feel like a crazy person. It affects so much. I always keep these in my cabinet and am religious about it. These are definitely effective cause when I tried going off of them, I started having these weird symptoms and when my doctor said I was low, within 2 weeks of taking these I felt back to normal. They are small and easy to swallow. The ingredients are clean.
