These are identical to the Walmart brand sleep aid and half the price! If I'm not mistaken, the 2 pack is only 10 capsules short of exactly double the quantity and half the price! They are 100% identical to the Equate brand and work exactly the same.

They help deal with night shift, the dosage per pill is higher than I've noticed with other over-the-counter pills. Over the counters usually 25 mg so when they say maximum strength they mean it.
