Beautifully made, cooked to perfection
Beautifully made, cooked to perfection with a nice shiny brown top. The inside was moist, sweet and dense, with two crumbly yolks that added a contrast of texture.They are very rich which makes it perfect for sharing even though they aren't that big, I wouldn't want more than a quarter of it on a given day. I would highly recommend and can't wait for next years harvest moon to try again. With Jasmine tea, you can't beat it.

Undercooked and unappealing.
The 2018 purchase was marvellous. Beautiful to look at, nicely browned and shiny on top, delicious inside, cut cleanly. Unfortunately, the product has been changed, and what arrived this year was inedible. Undercooked and a pale flabby yellow colour, with transparent soggy pastry. Poor quality doughy design on top that had mostly merged into one blob. I didn't risk tasting it.
