I purchased life long tredmill for home personal use, it's absolutely budgeted and very use full user friendly.thank you for it utill now no issues. It perfectly worth buying. Only thing the wire is very short we should connect extender. All others is totally good

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Buy This Treadmill! Worst product, misleading features, and extremely poor customer service! I ordered a Lifelong treadmill from Amazon, trusting both the brand and the platform. Unfortunately, the treadmill stopped working within just 10 days of purchase. This has been one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. The product also mentions a Bluetooth function, but the Bluetooth feature is not available/working as advertised. This feels very misleading to customers. If a feature is advertised with the product, customers expect to actually receive that feature. I raised complaints with both Lifelong and Amazon, but nobody took proper responsibility for resolving the issue. Lifelong customer service told me that a technician would visit within 3–4 days, but nobody came. There was no proper follow-up either. I even requested to speak with a supervisor. They repeatedly told me that the supervisor would call me back within one hour, but I never received a callback. My experience with Amazon customer service was equally frustrating. I contacted Amazon around 10 times regarding this issue. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was kept waiting on the call for almost an hour, and I still could not get connected to a supervisor or receive a satisfactory resolution. This is not just about a treadmill breaking down. Products can sometimes have technical problems, but the real issue is the complete lack of after-sales service, communication, accountability, and customer support. I have wasted my time, money, and mental peace following up again and again with both companies, yet there is still no proper resolution. Very, very poor experience with Lifelong and Amazon. ⚠️ My sincere advice to other customers: Please think very carefully before purchasing this treadmill. And based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this product and avoiding purchasing it from Amazon if you expect proper after-sales support. Even if you read 100 positive reviews about this company, please consider this review as well. I am sharing my genuine personal experience so that other customers do not have to go through the same frustration. Worst product experience. Worst after-sales service. Worst customer support. Extremely disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend Lifelong treadmills, and after this experience, I am extremely disappointed with both Lifelong and Amazon customer service.
