This has changed my life. I've been taking this about 4 weeks now and haven't had this much energy since I was childless and single in my 20s (I'm in my 40s now). I sleep better and wake up energized and ready to start the day, often wanting to start it with yoga or walking. I've lost weight and don't feel as hungry. My lower back paint from scoliosis has minimized. Before taking this my pain level was always at least a 2. Now I can go hours at a 0. My mental health has improved. I am so much happier and more positive. This is a side effect that I hadn't expected, but for me probably the most important one. Not sure if it's the mushrooms in this stuff or maybe my blood sugar levels are normal now (or what?), but I am a lifelong subscriber now. The delivery was crazy fast. I was at the Warriors game ordering it and by the time I came home it arrived. Day 1. The powder tastes like backyard dirt; but I’ll wait and see the results after a month. If I notice incredible results within the month, regardless of how expensive this is, I’ll order for the next month and so forth . We’ll see

I am very active hiking and biking 3-4 days a week. I thought this supplement would be a great addition to my diet. After taking for about three weeks I did sleep longer, but was noticably more tired and had less motivation than normal. Within a few days of stopping I feel myself again. I will say flavor was great, but there was one ingredient that didn't mix well and would settle to the bottom. I would not take this again, and am not sure why it effected me the way it did with so many other good reviews.

Did not come with a scoop. Had to weigh and establish the quantity. Approximately a coffee scoop tablespoon. Good taste, I will probably use it sparingly though because of the high cost. Replacing several vitamins, I currently blend it with a couple other items like electrolytes and longevity mixes that are flavor compatible for a supportive boost on exercise days.

Scoop does not come with product. Ar rhsi price you would think yu could get a scoop.

I carefully choose the ingredients in the products I buy. IM8 has a really great formula. I can actually feel a difference when I drink it - better energy, focus, and overall wellness. It might become my go-to product now.

I will continue buying this product. High quality and worth the price. I did a lot of research and this is the most comprehensive multi I could find. I was able to combine 4 other supplements.Some reviews complain of upset stomach - but I don’t see any ingredients in that would cause a reaction. I have a VERY sensitive stomach and have no issues.Taste is mild — not bad, also no amazing, and don’t expect a magic pill (you do need to eat healthy and workout). I pay for function health and have seen improvement in bio markers.

I don't know if it's psychological, but I definitely feel better when I use this regularly. I just went on an extended trip without it, and felt the benefit immediately when I used it at home. I'm not leaving the house without it again
