I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled.I originally placed the order several days ago, but the order was cancelled after 7 days. I then placed the order again, and the product was delivered after 4 days. However, when I tried to use the machine, it did not turn on at all and the product was defective.I immediately requested a replacement. It has now been more than 10 days, but nobody has come to pick up the defective product.Today, when I contacted Customer Care, I was informed that the replacement request has been cancelled and that I should place a new order again.This is completely unacceptable. I have already wasted a lot of time because of Amazon's delays and the defective product. I should not be asked to place another order and go through the entire process again.I request Amazon to urgently arrange the pickup of the defective product and provide me with a replacement or a full refund without asking me to place a new order.Please escalate this complaint to a senior customer service representative and provide me with a proper resolution.
