This BetterLids ointment is the first product I have found that has actually worked to soothe my eyes. As a bonus, it substantially reduced a firm, solid spot (chalizion) on my eyelid that had been bothering me a long time. I plan to tell my dermatologist about it, as this is much better than steroids and other chemicals and I wish I had known about it sooner. I highly recommend this company as they provide great customer support as well. I just recently found out they have several versions of the ointment, and one is specially formulated for those with sensitive eyes. I continue to get great results from this ointment and am very glad I discovered it on Amazon.

I had trouble with my eyelids peeling as a result of the glue from eyelash extensions. Within just a few days, my eyelids were back to normal. I found out that this can also work on dry lips. A great product.

I've had eyelid dermatitis for over two years straight, and even a few visits to the derm and a couple prescriptions haven't been able to get rid of it. This ointment has been very helpful in reducing itchiness, redness and dryness. I can see and feel a difference. It feels great going on, so I reach for it whenever it starts itching. It is greasy like an ointment is, as expected, so I use it just at night. It's unscented, which I appreciate. Doesn't irritate or burn at all. Also, the size is very small, but considering the tiny amount needed, this will last me, I estimate, about 2-3 months of daily use. So, it's very cost-effective. It hasn't cured the dermatitis, but I didn't expect it to -- so, overall, very useful tool in managing eyelid dermatitis. (I also appreciate that it doesn't contain hydrocortisone, because long-term use of topical sterioids can cause thinning of the skin.)

I’m so grateful to have found this cream. I had an allergic reaction to prescription eye drops. My eye lids burned and were red and I had white flakes. This cream relieved my discomfort right away and cleared up the redness and flakes after a couple days. It has helped me to continue the eye drops.

I am very happy with BlinkBetter Eyelid Ointment. Unfortunately, I have spring allergies that affects my eyes. I use specific eyedrops that help relieve some of the problem, but my eyelids and under my eyes remain red and irritated. In the past, my ophthalmologist use to prescribe something to relief the irritation, but this year, I decided to try BlinkBetter rather than make an appointment and wait to see the doctor. This ointment (together with antihistamines) really helps my eyes in this warm weather. It moisturises and acts as a barrier stopping my eyes getting red, flaking and itchy. You don’t need a lot on each eye so it lasts a long time. I use it every day.

This is so soothing! I’ve had really dry skin around eyes for a couple of years and everything else I’ve tried has stung my skin and made things worse. This stuff is amazing. I have severe eczema on my face, and haven’t found anything that helps with the dryness and flaking it causes around my eyes. My prescription helps with the redness, but it’s still so flaky. This is so gentle, soothing and softening! My eyelids don’t feel tight and dry anymore, and it’s been an absolute game changer.
