Unbelievable, finally My calves are cramp free!
I have Kidney Disease and unfortunately calf and upper leg cramping is part of the deal. I have tried everything to stop them, and sometimes they are so horrendous, I have to get up and walk around to stop this intense and deep squeezing feeling multiple times a night. My Kidney Dr. was at a loss to help myself and her other patients with this issue, and she really cares about us! This product worked immediately, I CAN FINALLY SLEEP AGAIN! little pearls just placed under the tongue for rapid absorption. It has a mildly sweet taste. The bottle is genius as well, just turn upside down and twist, the pearls will drop into the cap, from the cap then pop them under your tongue. It helps to use a couple one hour before bed, and I use 4 at bedtime, but you need to find the amount works best for you. I am never without these now, the price point is great as well!
