UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and spoke with Ian. My issue was fixed and I am still a very happy customer! I just think it would be cool to see from the app how much water is left in the tank for those who have it set on a timer! I’ve had it for a couple months and I have to fill the tank daily now. It doesn’t say it needs a new filter yet. It quit working with Alexa, I tried factory reset and it wouldn’t go. I restarted my phone and the Alexa app was still claiming a network error but no other devices had that. Disconnected my humidifier from Alexa and now I can’t add it back. The Dreo app still thinks it’s connected but it is not. I liked being able to just use my voice and hopefully I can get my friend to fix it. If not it is what it is. The biggest issue is how fast the water has started running out. Maybe it’s because of how hard it’s working to keep my moisture levels where they should be. I’ll clean it once it runs out and humidify 24hrs so I’ll be filling twice a day. The nights are getting cooler so maybe that’s an issue for the humidifier. Colorado is super dry but it’s been getting cooler so I’m not sure what is wrong with this humidifier. It’s the best I’ve come across and it sucks it’s not working as it should.

Love, lovee, loveeeee this humidifier! I recently upgraded from a much smaller and cheaper brand. I love that it tells me the percentage of the humidity in my room, it was purchased for my plants (not myself lol), and they seem to love it. I also enjoy the fact that I can use an app to control it and monitor it as well. It does shut off once it’s reached the set humidity you want and will turn back on if the humidity drops. It’s pretty easy to fill, I have been using well/sink water (which I know is a no, no but I do have a filter in there that I purchased and plan to switch to distilled water). I will say, even though it’s for my plants, I can breathe better. Great purchase honestly, I was beyond excited when it arrived. Also, it will change colors based on the levels in your room.. it does take a little bit to get up higher in humidity (50-60% range), but it does maintain the level pretty well.

I use this humidifier without WiFi and find it works very well in my bedroom. The only hassle is tap water isn’t recommended but that’s probably true for any humidifier. I did check it out after using for several weeks and found no scaly buildup. It is quiet and mist is cool. You can turn all lights off which I prefer but you could use it for night light. My only small complaint is with the narrow design, I need to be careful when filling.

This humidifier works great! Perfect size for my 811 sq foot condo. I place it in the bedroom at night on a small stand. (In the living room/dining room area during the day) For the past couple of weeks I have not awakened at night unable to breathe through my nose or needing a drink. I set it on 45 %. The humidity in my condo has been staying at a pretty steady 30%, according to my humidity monitor. Without the humidifier, it had been 15-20 %.

I am happy with this product. Easy to clean and puts out adequate amount of moisture .
