3 star coz of the price, the products good, works how it should but £200 more then ninja sell. Only bought at the £500 coz it was a presant.Clearly the place that sells it is a scam and wont be buying from them again. And now its gone up from 500

Arrived broken and had a nightmare sending it back as the UPS instructions were wrong on Amazon and the criteria for return was totally different when I tried to send it from the pickup point - twice.Aweful exparience overall and at this prive too. I did however eventually did get a refund. Poor show from Ninja.

It showed up intact no damage to the product. Pretty easy to assemble and wash. We tried it out once to see if we could master a Slurpee and we did not to bad. Made a full container and had it frozen in under 30 min live it. Would recommend for anyone and for party events it's going to be a blast. Would buy again👍
