Excellent option for people with carpal tunnel or developing tingling in hands
I picked this wrist brace up because I’ve been having numbness and pain from carpal tunnel, especially at night. Honestly, this thing works better than I expected. It’s easy to put on, the straps tighten smoothly, and it actually stays in place without cutting off circulation. The metal support keeps my wrist straight but it doesn’t feel stiff or uncomfortable. After a couple nights of wearing it, I noticed a big difference — way less tingling and my hand isn’t falling asleep like it used to. It’s also pretty breathable, which surprised me. I’ve had braces before that made my hand sweaty, but this one didn’t. Overall, it’s comfortable, supportive, and does exactly what I needed. I’m glad I bought it.

Does the trick
I really like this brace. I was starting to get carpal tunnel. I’m a Subaru mechanic, so I have to treat my hands and wrists to lots of punishment all day. It was starting to drive me crazy how much discomfort I was in. Turns out a co-worker was an ex orthopedic surgical technician. He recommended I get this and wear it while in sleeping. I did exactly that and I’m glad that I did. This brace keeps your hand and wrist straight in line and still allows for some movement of your fingers. Now, you’re not gonna be able to fill out paperwork or play violin with this thing on. But you can do some basic stuff. I’ve just been wearing it at bedtime and it’s given me so much relief. Most days I don’t even feel my problem at all. Some days it’s minor. If you have carpal tunnel and it’s not to the level of needing surgery yet, you need to get on board with this thing. I’m very happy that I did. I hope you guys feel better soon!
