I am not great on metric, so when this arrived I was very surprised how small it is. However this has proved to be brilliant as I can use it easily when preparing my weekly shopping list to keep me buying the "good" foods and avoiding the bad ones for me. Plus it gives me ideas on new things to try.. The quality is excellent and when Im not holding it, it goes neatly onto my kitchen magnetic board. Simply brillaint. Janet H

A must for high blood pressure people like me, got this on the fridge door to remind me about what i should be eating just add some magnets and pop it on your fridge door.

Gives good information in a colourful, simple way. I bought the smallest size which, with hindsight was a mistake as the written words are very small.

Good quality easy to follow

I ordered the smaller size chart; you really need the larger one to read it easily. It is thin aluminium and came badly bent in two places - I had to put a heavy book over it and stand on it to try and flatten it which was only partiality successful. However my main concern is that the 'servings' are all given in either 3 oz or cup sizes whereas almost all the product information on food is now given is per 100 gram amounts so that it is really complicated to make a computation. In my opinion the chart is out of date and should read in reference to 100 gram amounts.

Really small not even the same measurements that they say it is ,you need glasses to read it

An excellent eye ball to see what foods I r eating bought for my son who finds it very useful
