Silent indeed
I have tried a few “silent” fans before this one. I am very happy with it, at 1200rpm maximum speed I can only hear the air hushing through the grille at the back of the case. No high pitched or prrr noise shenanigans.

Quiet fan, cools well
Good fan. Reliable so far and definitely much quiter than the stock one fitted to the PC originally. It's quite large so I had to drill new screw holes to fit it into the chassis but overall I'm very happy with it.

Quiet but baring seems to have gone after 8months
Fan is decent, I have 2 in my current build. After about 8months though it sounds like worn or failing baring. Warranty process looks to be really long for an item thats not worth the hassle. Try and find/buy from a retailer that can easier time returning/replacing.
