It works well very well. But unfortunately I have sun spots so it may lighten a little but the spots are still there especially when I am 6 inches away from a mirror. So it did not do spot correction . So your face brightens but so do the spots. Any way not a bad product. Its good for the dark area around the mouth. All menopause stuff. Did not have any break outs but I only use a little at a time. A little goes a long way. No allergic reaction that's good. You don't want to slather this on because then you may have a problem because it is strong. I would buy again. This is good for older ladies as well.

I am dedicated to using it cuz you have to use it daily. I put it on at night under my other products so it can get on my skin. It tingles my face, I would say if you have sensitive skin it might burn. Um, it works tho y’all. And my scars are going away. Mederma works too tho. I think this stuff is better priced compared to mederma so just saying it works

The previous formula contained hydroquinone and got rid of my dark spots and sun damage when hundreds of dollars of laser treatment couldn't. I recommended it to so many people and the price was very reasonable for a product which definitively worked. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to me when I placed my last order, the FDA no longer allows hydroquinone in over the counter products. It can only be obtained with a subscription now. I have been faithfully using the new formulation which contains Synovea HR instead of hydroquinone, but unfortunately it doesn't work for me at all. There are many companies that do online dermatologist consults and prescriptions. I just got a prescription for Museley Spot Cream containing hydroquinone. I am sorry to have to leave this review because I know it is not the company's fault they can no longer use hydroquinone, but people ordering should know that the active ingredient that worked is no longer in the product and many of the positive reviews may be for the old formulation.

Let me tell you something! I used this for about a month or two and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Don’t apply it all over your face, just on areas with hyperpigmentation. Also, be prepared to peel and make sure you have sunscreen ready at all times. Use it once a week, and once you start peeling, stop until your skin heals, then start again.

Great product and service

Have to be patient and the dark spot gets darker initially but eventually the skin peels leaving a much faded spot. Not sure if continued use will remove the spot completely but I am carrying on using it. It goes without saying that it’s essential to use sun block during and after treatment.

I didn't see any change in sun spotts I read a review from a woman who'd used admire my skin for a long time and she said there is an ingredient which is the main thing that makes this product work but they don't use it anymore, she said this product used to work great and was very effective
