Is this a spray perfume or attar oil that is like a roll on deodorant?

Perfumes not that strong and doesn’t last too long. I don’t think I would buy it again

Hi Angel Sorry to say it smells awful. I imagine the jasmine has died an awful death and they have still used it. A friend suggested I use it as an air freshener but it went in the bin. The best thing about it was the shape of the bottle.
