Surprisingly alright
I was not sure that I was going to like these. I do normally like eating mushrooms but mostly as an ingredient in dishes, usually in a sauce or something. I wasn't sure that eating them by itself was a good idea, but found them to be actually mild in flavor. They have a good freeze dried like crunch which was surprisingly addicting. The mushroom flavor was not intense, and had a earthy flavor. The Wasabi was also very light and did not overpower it. Overall all it was great snack and would recommend you give it a try.

Taste great
I got the wasabi variety. Pretty low sodium (3% per serving) but they taste saltier than that, which is what I want. The wasabi isn't too strong. Actually I wouldn't mind it being stronger but it's enough flavor to be interesting and not too much for people who don't want their sinuses blown open by a snack food.

Best Crunchy Mushroom Chip Ever, Holds Its Own Against the Potato
Whoever came up with the idea of turning mushrooms into crispy chips is a genius. These chips have a very satifying crunch. They are not oily at all. The seasoning tastes great and anyone who likes wasabi just a little will like these. They have a little kick but are not too spicy. These taste very fresh, and the crunch is the freshest. The aftertaste is good too. The way I feel after eating these is the best reward. None of the ickiness I have felt with potato chips. These are a big recommendation.

These wasabi shitaki crisps are super addictive! They are perfectly dried and crunchy and the wasabi seasoning isn't too much at all. I ate the whole bag in one sitting and would consider buying more in the future. This seems like a much healthier alternative to potato chips!
