It isn’t bulky or heavy, so you can do whatever you want while using it for the conveniently programmed 20-minute cycle, but I find the slight warmth it provides to be so relaxing that I just want to enjoy it. Update: battery works well on the replacement. Now I have this unit for 6 month. I am unsure how to clean the side touching the skin. Since it is fabric material, it does absorb sweat. Wiping it down doesn’t do the job. It does give some relief for neck pain. It is warm but not hot. Since it is winter time right now, it may feel hotter in summer. The battery won’t charge to full 100% - it goes to mid way and stopped. Unplug and plug it back will help. Changed to diff cables or charger but doesn’t help. I going to get a replacement and hope it will fix this issue.

I purchased this light therapy neck device, which charges via USB. The first two charging cycles worked perfectly. However, by the third recharge, it started malfunctioning and began taking more than 12 hours to reach a full charge. I tried different chargers and cables, but the issue remained the same. I contacted Amazon, and they offered me a partial refund of approximately 20% of the product’s price. At the time, I thought, “No problem—I can simply charge it overnight and use it during the day.” That turned out to be a serious mistake. After only five months of use, two of the light strips stopped working completely. I then tried to contact product support through Amazon, only to receive the following message: “This item is not eligible for this service.” Since I had accepted the partial refund, there was apparently no longer any way to obtain warranty support or speak with someone who could help resolve the issue. This is particularly disappointing because, when it works, the product is actually very effective and delivers good results. For that reason, I cannot recommend purchasing products from LifePro. Unlike many other companies, they do not appear to have a reliable warranty system or customer support process that stands behind their products when problems arise. I would suggest looking at other brands that not only offer competitive pricing but also provide responsive customer service and honor their warranties. I say this from experience. I have dealt with several other manufacturers outside of Amazon, and even after two or three years of ownership, they replaced defective products and provided a new warranty after verifying the issue. Unfortunately, the brand markets itself as “Pro,” but it does not deliver professionalism when it comes to customer support.
