Husband loves these. They are very light so great in the hot summer weather. Fit as expected. He got 3 prs. The blue ones are a great color.

l bought this item in August and again in September and liked them. A lot. Then in October ordered an additional four pair in assorted colors. Upon arrival, I didn't bother trying them on, I just placed them in the wash as I do all newly purchased clothing. First time I wore these shorts, I discovered the front pockets had nearly 2" (4 cm) less depth. They are too shallow to contain a smart phone without it repeatedly falling out without the zipper closed. I then went back and rechecked the items from August and September all have normal depth pockets. Word of caution with this brand regarding inconsistent manufacturing.

I like these because of the many pockets with zippers. no more keys or phones falling out when hiking or touring, especially in foreign countries where that matters a lot. important note: dry on low heat, otherwise the pull tabs for the zippers melt off. I travel the world and take these. also, good thigh clearance for the steep terrain and bending.
