Instead of blending ice into a drink, it chills and freezes the liquid into a real slush texture. Ninja lists this model with an 88 oz vessel, 5 preset programs, temperature control, and the ability to keep drinks frozen for up to 12 hours, which makes it a lot more useful for parties, family nights, cookouts, or just making something fun at home. Functionality is where this really impressed me. The controls are easy to understand, the presets make it simple to pick the right drink type, and the self serve handle works smoothly without making a mess. It feels more like a real frozen drink machine than a basic kitchen appliance. I also like that it is not limited to one type of drink. The presets cover slush, spiked slush, frappé, milkshake, and frozen juice, so it works for kids’ drinks, coffee style drinks, frozen lemonade, and adult drinks depending on what you put in it. The value is in the experience. It is not a cheap appliance, but it does something a blender does not really duplicate well. The drinks come out smoother, colder, and more consistent, and not having to crush ice is a big plus. Cleanup is also better than expected because Ninja notes that it has dishwasher safe parts and a rinse cycle. What impressed me most is that it makes drinks feel special with very little effort. For someone who hosts, has kids, likes frozen coffee drinks, or just wants a fun appliance that people will actually use, this is easily one of the coolest kitchen products I have tried.

Purchased to make my own slushies at home, and this machine did not disappoint. Everything it says it is, it is. I even took it to my in-laws' house for the holiday,y and they loved it. It is durable. It works for all. The spiked drinks I make is this bad boy are to die for. Cleaning takes a few minutes to take down and put back together. I love the size and amount of drinks it makes with each fill. The noise is like white noise. It's not silent, but it's not noisy either. Stays on for hours.

Loving this purchase!!! Kids can easily use and clean. We got this about 4 days ago and it’s been running most of the day since delivery! Mock Wendy’s Frosty, and Rootbeer slushies with a scoop of ice cream in the bottom have been top winners thus far! Love trying new combos and adding a splash of stuff for an adult slushie!

Perfect addition to our campsite and family gatherings! The kids love the simple slushies and the adults love the wine slushies. We’ve tried many different recipes and will try many more! Can’t recommend enough!

Love my Ninja slushi! I am a big Ninja Fan. I joke that one day my whole kitchen will be Ninja. I also love Icees so this was a must! I have used it so many times now. We have made drinks for the kids and drinks for the adults,it’s a summer family fun time. So easy to use and clean. I have even carried it to my brother’s house for family gatherings a few times. It came with some recipes in The booklet but I have only referenced one cause you just put what you like in there and it beeps when it’s ready. And it is perfect! The kids and adults both seem to enjoy watching it turn from liquid to slush. Fun for the whole family. I wouldn’t mind having a second one. We have a big family and while it’s easy to use changing flavors can take some time. The warning lights have been a bit hard to figure out. Especially on the mixed alcoholic drinks. We could not figure out if it needed sugar or water lol but we got it there.

Purchased another machine, different band had to send it back. Ordered the Ninja and very easy to use, makes great slushies and very pleased. Spend a little more for a machine that works. I should have bought the Ninja to start. While the dispenser is a little slow, it makes great slushes. Update. He unit still works fine but as has been mentioned in other reviews there is one rather frustrating feature. Ha is he INE it makes to dispense the product. It can literally take almost as long to dispense it as it does to make it if using a thicker consistency which I prefer. The slush is sill good but the time waiting is unnecessary and should be corrected by the manufacturer. The machine is simply a smaller home version of what younger at convenience sores. I do love that you can also experiment with flavors. As an example, I am not much of a consumer of alcohol although I do enjoy a rare drink. Recently after going and spending most of the day at the lake I had a few extra orange cream wine coolers I bought. I got home, put in some orange fruit punch with 2 bottles of those wine coolers and it was amazing. There's the update and again, the other model was a piece of Junk, the Ninja actually works great except for the frustration of getting it.

I bought this as a selfless splurge to myself from working all the time. I literally wanted this since it first came out but I just wouldn’t budging. Anywho the thing is everything. It makes great slushes and they taste like something from a slush shop. The speed can be adjusted to whatever you want and it’s easy to clean it . Have had it for a few months now and every one that come over enjoy it as well. A light flex (show off) 😉

Excelente produto.

It showed up intact no damage to the product. Pretty easy to assemble and wash. We tried it out once to see if we could master a Slurpee and we did not to bad. Made a full container and had it frozen in under 30 min live it. Would recommend for anyone and for party events it's going to be a blast. Would buy again👍

Arrived broken and had a nightmare sending it back as the UPS instructions were wrong on Amazon and the criteria for return was totally different when I tried to send it from the pickup point - twice. Aweful exparience overall and at this prive too. I did however eventually did get a refund. Poor show from Ninja.

Producto extraordinario. Funciona tal cual lo esperas. Ojo. La solución que se utilice tiene que tener azúcar si no no funciona. Refrescos Mix bebidas Jugos Lo que le pongan. Totalmente recomendado. Ideal para Cualiqer fiesta.

Man war so nett und hat mir eine Maschine mit amerikanischem Stecker gesendet. Nicht nur, dass die Lieferung 4 Wochen dauerte (klar, bei einem Import), sondern auch, dass man zusätzlich hätte noch einen Wechselrichter und einen Adapter für deutsche Steckdosen kaufen dürfen. Daher ging das Produkt zurück, ich bewerte hier auch vorrangig das Einkaufserlebnis, passt daher auf, dass ihr keinen Import holt, denn in Amerika arbeiten sie mit anderen Spannungen.
