Why can't I take the lid off after using?

Hello, steam cleaner is high temperature after use which high temperature causes high pressure, just only exhaust the hot air inside and wait a few minute for it to cool down and you can open the cap.

I have this and cannot remove the long extended nozzle which i affixed some months ago. Anyone had this problem?

A bit belated reply but, if the nozzle becomes tight, it should move if rocked and pulled. Don't be afraid to give it a good tug, the device is fairly robust. Also, when you finish steam-cleaning, remove the accessory from the device.

Can you use it to remove wallpaper

Hello Jill, I guess you could if it is a small area, if it is a full wall hire a wall paper removal, they are not expensive and you will cover a bigger area and it would be lighter . And happy decorations.

Do i have to keep on pressing the button during use, or is there a way to lock it in pressed position?

Hello, for safety reasons, the steam cleaner button must be pressed during use for the steam to come out. There is no mechanism to lock it open.
