Does this attach to a Molle II vest?

I know this is a older post but I wanted to let others know that I've seen where this has been used to put in one of the front pouches on a molle 11 backpack. The one that can be attached to the front of mole 11 ruck sack.

Not sure. Will not hold two magpul mags
