Is there a way to troubleshoot this or something? It won’t swing anymore

Check to see if the power cord is good. Sometimes the power cord may be bad. Look to replacing the cord to see if it works If it light up when you plug it in then it has something to do with the motor.

What battery does it need?

hi, it does not need a battery, it comes with an adapter and cable, you only need to connect it to the power supply.

where can i find replacement power cord and remote?

Hi, please contact LAREX customer service through Amazon buyer message or email to support@larexcare.com if you have any questions about it. Our customer service will help you to solve it.

I don’t notice a difference between the swing speed levels. Speed 1 is just as slow as speed 5. Is this normal?

There is a switch (black) on front bottom of the swing. Push up for max speed. It takes about 30 seconds before swing speeds up
