The handle is big enough for my whole hand to grasp it since my hands hurt. Not a skinny handle. Most lids you have to slide the sipping hole up or down to close or lift a top type thing. But this one I slide it R or L. Also the lid has higher ridge at the mouth piece so it forms better to drink and not dribble. Product is great for me enough that I've been using this style of mug for 18 years. They last a long time. Never bought another one because it didnt hold up but because I wanted a different color. Just wished the company would've sent me the color I ordered not this plain black one. Didnt have time to wait for another one.

These are getting hard to find, my go-to coffee cup. It is quite durable and just the right size. It fits neatly in my car's cup holder and does not leak. The web site infers it is metal. It is not. The coffee does not stay burning hot all day, which is okay because I want to drink it!

Love the color…I received the purple. I ordered a black one and this one. The black one arrived with the handle screwed on slightly crooked and it looks cheap for having paid $25 for it. The purple one however was made much better. Keeps my coffee hot and I like how much it holds. I also prefer the BPA Free plastic opposed to a metal mug. To me my coffee tastes better.

Honestly it is a waist of time and money for me. I’m a nurse needed a cup that kept my drinks warm Unfortunately this does not I would choose a different item It also came damaged, scuffed all on one side Disappointed

I now have two of these mugs. Both are still in good shape but the brand name has worn off of the older one. It still keeps my liquids cold or hot and is my everyday cup to drink from. I haven't had any problems with the lid breaking or the lid popping off when it's been dropped. Find what works best for you and stick with it. Don't change things just to be changing. Maybe what you have is what you really need.

The quality of the mug is great, I have 1 from 8 years old now and I like it so i bought one expecting it was black, not purple, don't know why you cant choose of the color you want. I wanted a new one as my old one still working but is time for a new one and as a men I don't like purple for me. so, summary, quality is good and i like it, 20oz is a good size for my daily coffee, the cost is high in my opinion as the 34oz is cheaper than the 20oz but I don't want that size, and the plastic materials are good quality as I still use my daily 8 years old mug because i haven't find one black.
