YES. THEY. WORK. After five long, miserable days, I was beginning to wonder if I was going to need to alert the authorities. My digestive system had apparently decided to close for renovations. I tried a MiraFast soft chew, and I have movement. And the best part? IT ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD. No gagging. No nasty aftertaste. No feeling like I just ate something that was manufactured in a laboratory basement. I also LOVE that I can toss a couple in my purse and have them with me when I need them. Because apparently, at this stage of life, emergency digestive supplies are just another purse essential. These do not taste good at all and they have a really disgusting texture to them, but I expected that. They don't work nearly as fast as the packaging claims ("30 minutes to 6 hours") but if you take them consistently over the course of several days, and drink a ton of water - and I mean a TON, like way more than the recommended amount - they will eventually help with constipation. I much prefer the powder Miralax formula, that stuff works faster than these chews, but the chews are individually wrapped and are more convenient to grab with you, and to use, so it's a bit of a trade-off. The powder formula has basically no taste, unlike the chews, which taste god awful.

I have used many different products in my lifetime, and these are the best of the best. I always struggled with finding a good product for constipation because I could never drink the liquid stuff without gagging. So when they came out with these, I had to give them a try. They don't taste bad at all; I can chew these without even drinking water immediately after (which is recommended, by the way—I am just trying to elaborate on the taste). They work great. I take 2-4 at nighttime, and in the morning, if not sooner, you're good to go. And your stomach does not hurt, and you do not have to keep running to the toilet all day. You're one and done. Happy with the product. I often use with Colace, and I have not had to use any other prodcuts. But these are good with or without Colace.

I took two last night and I'm good to go this morning. I took another one today so I don't need to take four, just two or sometimes just one to keep things going. My only concern is the corn syrup but they're good tasting and they're like a soft gum consistency, except that they dissolve. I drink a lot of water with them.

These taste absolutely awful but they do work!

These work! Follow the directions and drink the big glass of water.... They taste good, unlike trying to stir powdered stuff into a watery gross sludge, it's a very easy way to make things happen.
