I take lots of meds and they back me up like a rush hour highway. I’ve been taking another tincture for years but don’t like the gaggy taste. With this, I started out with 5 chews. HA! cleaned the pipes but no cramping at all. I was thirsty, but water will take care of that. Then I went down to 3. A little loosey goosey. I feel like two daily will do the trick very well. The density and size of the chews is a little bit like a tootsie roll but very mildly sweetened. I wouldn’t call it enjoyable but most definitely not bad in any way. Tbh they are very sculptable. I like to combine them and make little animals before eating them, the chews to be clear. There is no cramping or nausea. Maybe my stomach growls and thirst. I take them before bed and have results first thing in the a.m. it’s the best thing I’ve ever taken for this situation.

These do work but they are mild compared to the MiraLAX powder. I often need more than one and do take them regularly. Still, I really appreciate the convenience of not having to mix anything up. The powder form is definitely more cost effective though. They do taste good as well. They do not bother my stomach at all or cause bloating. Maybe a bit too mild but that could be good for some people depending on your level of constipation.

I have used many different products in my lifetime, and these are the best of the best. I always struggled with finding a good product for constipation because I could never drink the liquid stuff without gagging. So when they came out with these, I had to give them a try. They don't taste bad at all; I can chew these without even drinking water immediately after (which is recommended, by the way—I am just trying to elaborate on the taste). They work great. I take 2-4 at nighttime, and in the morning, if not sooner, you're good to go. And your stomach does not hurt, and you do not have to keep running to the toilet all day. You're one and done. Happy with the product. I often use with Colace, and I have not had to use any other prodcuts. But these are good with or without Colace.
