Had been using One A Day vitamins and got tired of choking on the pill size almost every time. These are about the same size, but must have a coating or something because I have yet to have a pill get stuck, or choke on one. I have trouble digesting most vitamins which is what had me on One A Day as I could digest those okay, and fortunately these are just as good if not a bit better.
