The best way that works for me is taking half tablet in the morning and the other half after lunch This multi vitamin is powerful but too strong for me to take the whole tablet in the morning. Everyone is different so breaking in half and taking morning and afternoon is perfect for me. I definitely recommend it for overall energy levels

good brand name quality. not sure about some of the vitamins on here so I went with a name I recognize. I'd rather take my chances with these than something that came from a chinese wet market, so there's that. I actually do feel a bit more energized since i started taking them and some added mental clarity but I'm not a doctor so take that for what it is. you get a lot of them in the bottle too for the cost.

Had been using One A Day vitamins and got tired of choking on the pill size almost every time. These are about the same size, but must have a coating or something because I have yet to have a pill get stuck, or choke on one. I have trouble digesting most vitamins which is what had me on One A Day as I could digest those okay, and fortunately these are just as good if not a bit better. Going to stay with these from now on, two thumbs up.
